Partners to parents: For new parents. A new baby can have a huge impact on a couple's relationship. This course helps you understand your responsibilities and the expectations of you as a new parent, and develop skills to keep your relationship alive.
Riding the storm: For parents of teenagers. Watching your children grow up is an incredibly rewarding experience, but it can be a difficult challenge as they begin to develop their own opinions and push the boundaries of their independence. This workshop helps you improve your relationship with your teenager and explore teenage issues.
Parents apart: For parents who are divorcing or separating. Separation or divorce doesn't just affect the adults in a relationship. The way children view relationships can be affected for life by a divorce or a separation. This course will help you manage the practical and the emotional aspects of being parents living apart.
